NEW!!

Our new "Interactive" Entry Forms allow you, with the assistance of ADOBE Reader (you should make sure you have the newest version - click here), to fill out your forms on your computer, click on the divisions you wish to nominate for, and all the math is figured out for you! Finally, all you need to do is print, sign your form and send it in!

IMPORTANT NOTE:
It is the responsibility of the competitor/owner to CONFIRM RECEIPT of your mailed/faxed entry form. If your entry form was not received by Spruce Meadows before the deadline with full payment, acceptance of your late entry will be under the review of the Organizing Committee.

Feed and Bedding forms are only available up until the start of the tournament - after this you must come to the Tournament Office to order feed and bedding.
