A $100 key deposit will be charged when your key is picked up from Transportation. Once the golf cart and key have been returned to Transportation in Lot #9 without damage, your deposit will be returned. Any damages incurred to the golf cart over $100 will be charged to the individual who rented the golf cart. 5% G.S.T. will be added to the above charges. Renter must observe the restricted areas where golf carts are not permitted to travel or park. Spruce Meadows reserves the right to confiscate any golf cart(s) in which the renter has not adhered to the rules stated above or posted at Spruce Meadows.

By clicking the "Accept & Submit" button below, I understand that by renting a golf cart, I am using it at my own discretion, following the rules and regulations as outlined above, and that neither the Spruce Meadows Tournaments nor the Organizing Committee or owners of Spruce Meadows, nor any of its staff or agents shall be in any way liable for any accident, injury, damage, loss or for any other matter that may happen, from any cause or circumstances whatsoever, to exhibitors, competitors or members of their family or their agents or to any one on the tournament grounds or to any animal or article exhibited or to any property brought on the tournament grounds or for any other loss, claim, matter, circumstance or event whatever in connection with or arising out of or attributable to the tournament or any journey to or from the Tournament.

I also accept that this order will be charged against the afore mentioned horse's account and that 5% G.S.T. will be added to all orders.
