JOB
DESCRIPTION |
|
|
|
The A/V technician
is responsible for analyzing and resolving hardware and software
problems associated with our large A/V infrastructure.
Functions include, but are not limited to: set-up of A/V equipment
for facility functions, repair and elimination of equipment
problems.
Perform general maintenance tasks and resolve less complex
technical issues independently. The position reports directly to
the Manager, Technology. Some A/V and electronics
experience is an asset. Will train the right candidate who is
hard working and goal-oriented.

RESPONSIBILITIES |
|
|
|
-
General maintenance
tasks, trouble-shooting, and repairs to A/V equipment and backbone.

Performs basic
computer hardware and software installations.

Operate and set-up
sport timing equipment.
-
Able to work extended
tournament hours
required.

Facilities set-up and
tear down.
-
Maintain
documentation.
-
Installation and
termination of network and A/V cables.
-
This position could be
considered an outdoor position at anytime of the year.
-
Lifting of PC’s
and amplifiers, etc. is required on a daily basis.
