The 'National' features the Spruce Meadows Canadian Show Jumping Championship ™. Family entertainment and shopping opportunities are also available for everyone from Friday to Sunday.

2013 Ticket Sales
2013 'National' Tickets are now on sale!
Tickets and Reserved RV Sites for the 2013 tournament season are now on sale.Tickets range in price from $5 to $275 for Rush Seating to a table of four in Club International.

Don't be! Almost all of our seating on the International Ring is under cover and many of the entertainment options and shopping is located indoors or under cover. View ticket options now

Friday is Family Fun Night
Friday is Family Fun Night - June 7 (4pm-8pm)
Nothing says “summer” better than a balmy evening, friends and family and a picnic with great food and beverages. Throw in international sport and that is an awesome Friday night recipe for fun!!Again this year, Family Fun Nights take place in the indoor comfort of the Meadowgreen Building. If you’re one of the first 3,000 fans to visit the east end of the Meadows on the Green Ring you will enjoy dinner and entertainment compliments of Pepsi, the Calgary Herald, the real Canadian Superstore, and Corus Entertainment.
What’s on the menu? There are President’s Choice all-beef hotdogs with all the fixings, and a wide variety of Pepsi products. Preferred covered seating is available in the Southwest Grandstand for you to enjoy the show jumping as well.

You are always welcome to bring your own picnic basket, but there are some wonderful food options while at Spruce Meadows. GARDEN COURT
The newly renovated Garden Court is open daily and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Rise and Shine with a wholesome, healthy breakfast - yogurt bar, selection of cereals, oatmeal, fresh fruit, pastries or our breakfast buffet.
Grab & Go or Sit & Stay for a lunch of hardy soups, our huge salad bar, gourmet sandwiches, fresh vegies with dip, fresh fruit, and much more! A lunch buffet is also offered.
Smoothie Bar & Frozen treats: enjoy a selection of energizing smoothies made with real fruit or a freshly squeezed lemonade.
Dinner is also served at this location. So much to enjoy.

TIME FAULTS PUB
The ever popular pub located next to the Main Sand Ring also serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Daily dinner specials include Mexican food buffets, Sushi Nights, Wing Night, Rib Craze night, Burger Night and Sizzling Steak Night.

Escape the city and shop at the Spruce Meadows Marketplace. During the 'National' we have 45+ exhibitors providing unique products and services from artisans and crafters to clothing items and collectables. Spend a while browsing around these vendors, you’ll never know what you will come home with!
Look for the Gallery on the Green signs. Located on the west side of the Upper Plaza, enjoy everything the Gallery has to offer.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does it cost to come to Spruce Meadows?
If you are visiting during an outdoor tournament, the cost for admission is the same as it was since the day our doors opened in 1975 - $5 for General Admission, Seniors and kids 12 and under are free. Otherwise, a visit to Spruce Meadows is free!
Where can I purchase reserved seating tickets?
Tickets can be purchased online on our website by clicking here tickets page, by calling 403.974.4200 or via Ticketmaster.
General Admission, purchased at the gate upon arrival, includes access to Rush Seating in the International Ring (seating is not guaranteed) and entry to all other areas on the grounds not restricted to public. All entertainment and family activities are also included with this admission.
Reserved Seating tickets include all the items listed above plus a guaranteed seat in a specific area on the International Ring. This seating is accessible to the ticket holder for the entire day.
How much is parking at Spruce Meadows?
Parking is complimentary; however, if you are driving to Spruce Meadows your General Admission will be collected by the Parking Attendants. If you have a Reserved Seating ticket, present this to the parking attendants and you will not be charged admission. Public Parking is available in Lot #2 - turn south on Spruce Meadows Way from Spruce Meadows Trail (Hwy 22X) and follow the parking attendants.
Is there an alternate way to get to Spruce Meadows?
Spruce Meadows has partnered with Red Arrow to provide a complimentary shuttle bus service from the Somerset/Bridlewood LRT Station (last station on the south C-Train line). To view days and times this service is available, please click here
Pets are allowed on a leash to our outdoor tournaments only. Spruce Meadows asks that you please be respectful of others around you - no pets or smoking is allowed in bleacher seating or reserved seating areas. Pets are only allowed in grass areas. As crowds on any given weekend (Friday - Sunday) reach upwards of 50,000, we strongly advise not to bring your pet to Spruce Meadows for their own safety and comfort.
Can I rent a wheelchair or baby stroller at Spruce Meadows?
We do not offer this service at this time. Please keep in mind that the Spruce Meadows competition venues encompass 100 acres in area. Distances from parking/bus drop off to seating areas can be quite far. Spruce Meadows asks that you take this into consideration when making your plans to visit. On occasion, volunteer drivers in golf carts are made available to assist visitors on the grounds. Transportation carts will have an orange flag displayed
.
Do you have wheelchair accessible seating and parking?
Limited complimentary assigned Wheelchair/Attendant Seating is available in the Southwest Grandstand on a first-come, first-served basis from Stadium Control. This area is able to accommodate one wheelchair and one attendant only.
Accessible parking is available to persons with a permit in Lot #7. Spruce Meadows is closed to vehicle access during the tournaments.
Spruce Meadows is an outdoor facility please dress accordingly. If you have been invited to a Hosting Venue, please ask your host if they have any dress requirements. A Calgary weather forecast can be accessed here
Can I get into the barn area to visit the horses?
During our outdoor tournaments, the competitor barn areas are restricted to the public for the safety and security of the horses. However, Spruce Meadows East and West Meadows barn area is open to visit the horses year-round. As well, you are welcome to view the horses in the warm-up rings.
