MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENTS

“As a rider: represented Canada for the first
time at Gladstone (New Jersey) as a member of
Team Canada’s gold medal team in the Nation’s
Cup (2001). As an owner: having the horse that
won the NRHA Futurity, the big prize and the big
money for 3-year-olds.

“I
won the NRBC (National Reining Breeders’
Classic) non-pro twice.”

“I’ve been Reining about twelve years,” Griffin
said. “I did cattle penning and western sports
at a low level. I’ve also done golf, hockey,
football, etc.

was raised with horses.”

Lance currently owns between 80 and 100 horses
and raises about 20 foals a year.

Conquistador Whiz (individual silver and team
gold medallist, WEG 2002), Inwhizable (team
gold, WEG 2002) and Ghost Buster Baby (team
silver, WEG 2002, ridden by team mate, Francois
Gauthier). King Fritz appears twice in the
pedigree of Hang Ten Surprize (team mate Duane
Latimer’s horse).
