By participating in the Hobby Horse Challenge at Spruce Meadows, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Assumption of Risk: You understand and acknowledge that participation in the Hobby Horse Challenge involves inherent risks and hazards, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, and other potential risks. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation in this event.
   
   
2. No Liability: Spruce Meadows Ltd., its affiliates, sponsors, organizers, employees, volunteers, and any other associated parties, including LeMieux (collectively referred to as "the Organizers"), shall not be held responsible or liable in any way for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from or in any way connected to your participation in the Hobby Horse Challenge. This includes, but is not limited to, any claims for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death, regardless of the cause.
   
   
3. Release and Waiver: By participating in the Hobby Horse Challenge, you–and on behalf of your heirs, personal representatives and next of kin–release, waive, hold harmless and discharge the Organizers of and from any and all responsibility, liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that you may have now or may in the future have against the Organizers, arising from or in any way related to your participation in the Hobby Horse Challenge.
   
   
4. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizers, including LeMieux, from any and all claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in every way related to your participation in the Hobby Horse Challenge.
   
   
5. Personal Responsibility: You agree to participate in the Hobby Horse Challenge responsibly and to follow all instructions, rules, and regulations provided by the Organizers. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to ensure that you are physically fit and in sufficient health to participate in this event.
   
   
6. Use of Likeness: You consent to the use of your name, image, and likeness in any photographs, videos, or other recordings taken during the Hobby Horse Challenge for promotional and marketing purposes by Spruce Meadows Ltd., LeMieux, and their affiliates and partners.
   
   
7. Accuracy of Information: You confirm that all information provided on your application form for the Hobby Horse Challenge is accurate, complete, and truthful. You acknowledge that providing false or misleading information may result in disqualification from the event.
   
   

By registering for and/or participating in the Hobby Horse Challenge at Spruce Meadows, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Release, Waiver and No Responsibility Disclaimer. If you do not agree to these terms, you cannot participate in the event.

By submitting this Release, Waiver and No Responsibility Form, you have affirmed that you are the Guardian of the Entrant and have the right and authority to contract on behalf of the Entrant. You have read this document and understand its contents and agree to the terms.
