Please note that the Exhibitor Program at Spruce Meadows is an juried application process. As such submitting an application here does not guarantee space within one of our events. Please see our website for FAQs & Jury Criteria.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure you submit a single application listing all desired events. Our system only recognizes the most recent submission, and duplicate applications will overwrite previous entries, discarding earlier information.

In order to assess your application, we would like to know more about the type of booth you are interested in, your building preference, and what tournament you wish to participate in.

Please be reminded that this is an application form and does not guarantee booth, building or event placement. Your application will be reviewed by the Exhibit team. Acceptance into the market is determined by jury criteria outlined on our website.
