Spruce Meadows loves Christmas and we look forward to presenting our Christmas Lights Display each year—free of charge—thanks to our corporate partners ATCO, Scotiabank, WestJet, Bennett Jones, AKITA Drilling, and PwC.
We welcome you to enjoy the lights from the comfort of your vehicle or, if you wish, parking is available in Lot 7 (at the west side of the property) and you can walk through the lights on the walking paths indicated. Our pond will not be open for skating this winter season but the firepits will be lit and our concession tent for hot chocolate, coffee, food, and treats will be open in Founders Plaza.
Spruce Meadows will remain closed for all public access on all other days of the week.
Where to enter:
Enter through our Main Gate at Spruce Meadows Way (east side of Spruce Meadows) and exit via Tournament Lane (west side of Spruce Meadows)

The Christmas Lights will be open each weekend on the following nights:
WEEKEND 1: Friday, December 8–Sunday, December 10 from 5 p.m.–10 p.m.
WEEKEND 2: Friday, December 15–Sunday, December 17 from 5 p.m.–10 p.m.
WEEKEND 3: Friday, December 22–Sunday, December 24 from 5 p.m.–10 p.m.
WEEKEND 4: Friday, December 29– Sunday, December 31 from 5 p.m.–10 p.m.
The Christmas Lights at Spruce Meadows are free to our visitors, but if you appreciate the light program –
we encourage you to help the community by donating to the Leg Up Foundation.
100% of the proceeds go directly to Calgary, Okotoks, Airdrie, Tsuut'ina and Cochrane Food Banks.
