Two Wins in Two Days for Matthew Sampson (GBR)
Spruce Meadows (June 11, 2022) – It's been a great start to the Spruce Meadows FEI Tournament Season for Matthew Sampson (GBR). Out of 33 rides, 9 horse/rider combinations went clear and advanced to the jump off in Friends of the Meadows Jumper 1.40M. The British rider was back in the winners circle for the second day in a row. Posting a clear ride in the first round and the fastest clear ride in the jump off, Sampson aboard Curraghgraigue Obos Flight were at the top of the leaderboard.

Australia Tops the Leaderboard Again
Over 60 horses kicked off competition on the All Canada Ring earlier today with the Friends of the Meadows Jumper 1.30M. Riders were tested over a first round course hoping to clear the jumps in under the time allowed. Only 14 horses/rider combinations jumped clear in the first round to return for the jump off. Maddison Stephen (AUS) aboard Yalambi's Grazi could not be caught in the jump off round. The duo posted a clear, quick time of 44.70s to take the win in the first competition of the day.
