Good Afternoon Competitors!
We are pleased to be able to send you the Summer Series entry form, rules and regulations, tentative schedule, and FEI draft schedules. Please read through them carefully. They can be found at the end of this letter. Please note the FEI schedules are draft and are subject to change until they are approved by the FEI. The approved schedules will be posted as soon as they have been returned by the FEI.
The Summer Series will run fully FEI. The 2*/3* events will be offering competitions from 1.30m-1.50m, and the 5* events will run 1.50m-1.60m. The Summer Series will kick off with the inaugural Founders’ Classic 3* (June 10–13) and culminate with the Sunlife Financial Derby at the ‘North American’ 2*/5* (July 7–10).
The Summer Series will run as a split tour. Horses must either enter the full circuit, the first half, or the second half. At this time we are unable to accept entries for individual weeks. The FEI Horse Health App must be filled out for all horses coming on to the grounds to compete. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at tournaments@sprucemeadows.com.
