The Horse Program at Spruce Meadows is looking to add to our friendly and hardworking groom roster.

This is a full-time, salary position with health benefits and on-site staff housing. 

The ideal candidate is hardworking, detail-oriented, dedicated, and capable of working well in a team or as an individual. Work at Spruce Meadows is fast-paced and hands-on. It is conducted both indoors and outdoors, evenings and weekend shifts are required following our tournaments, training & sales program and breeding schedules. 

RESPONSIBILITIES (included, but not limited to)

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

• feeding
• mucking out
• turnout
• tack up
• bathing
• braiding
• clipping
• keeping the stable in top shape 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Applicants must be a minimum of 18 years of age, and have a valid Class 5 Driver’s License.
• Prior horse experience is a must, show facility experience is a bonus but not a requirement.
