Spruce Meadows is a world-renowned show jumping venue which holds several tournaments throughout the year. Events are held on weekends; therefore, it is necessary to be available to work both weekends and nights. Shifts will fluctuate to coincide with the busy Spruce Meadows Tournament Season.

Spruce Meadows is a world-renowned show jumping (equestrian sport) venue located in southwest corner of Calgary, Alberta which holds a number of tournaments throughout the year. Events are held on weekends, therefore it is necessary to be available to work weekends, overtime, early mornings, mornings, days and evening/nights. Shifts will fluctuate to coincide with the busy Spruce Meadows Tournaments.

Join our team as a Landscape Horticulturist, where you'll apply your expertise to maintain a beautiful 300+ acre property. You'll oversee all aspects of plant and tree care, including propagation, pruning, and pesticide application, while designing stunning exterior landscapes with a variety of plants and flowers. Your role will involve budget management, Show Jumping ring décor, staff supervision, and snow removal. Strong communication skills are essential for directing resources and managing contractors. Assist with grounds and irrigation maintenance, equipment upkeep, and lead the team in the absence of the Manager of Grounds, ensuring our property remains pristine and welcoming to visitors.
