1. In order for your entry form to be electronically signed in the correct spaces, you MUST open this document in Adobe Acrobat and not in your browser's built-in .pdf viewer. These fields will not be available to you if you simply open the entry form from your browser. A free version of Adobe Acrobat can be downloaded here.
2. If your entry form is sent in without the mandatory fields being filled in, your entry will be considered invalid.
Please bear in mind, this is an "application" to compete at the September Series. If your entry has been accepted, payments will be processed in August.
