By entering Spruce Meadows with a dog, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Owner Responsibility:
You are solely responsible for the care, behaviour, and control of your dog at all times while on the property. You accept full responsibility for any actions, damages, or injuries caused by your pet.
Assumption of Risk:
You understand and voluntarily assume all risks associated with bringing your dog into a public environment, including risks of interaction with people, other pets, and festival activities.
Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Spruce Meadows, its staff, volunteers, vendors, agents, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses that may arise as a result of your behaviour or actions.
Rules & Requirements:
All dogs must be kept on a leash, under control, and accompanied by their owner at all times. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring vaccinations are up to date. Failure to follow these rules may result in removal from the property.
Spruce Meadows is not responsible for any injury, damage, or incident involving your dog. By proceeding onto the festival grounds, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms.
