Q. What are the dates and times of the Market?
A. The Market runs over three weekends in November: November 14–16, November 21–23, and November 28–30, 2025.
Hours: Fridays 11 a.m.–8 p.m., Saturdays 10 a.m.–7 p.m., and Sundays 10 a.m.–6 p.m.
Q. Where is the Market located?
A. At Spruce Meadows, 18011 Spruce Meadows Way SW, Calgary, Alberta. DIRECTIONS
Q. Is there an admission fee?
A. Yes - tickets are $20 for adults and $12 for kids (3–12) and seniors (65+), plus GST.. Kids 2 and under are free. Tickets can be purchased online HERE or at the gate (subject to availability). We recommend buying early, as popular days may sell out.
Q. Is parking free?
A. Yes! General parking is included in your ticket price. Accessible parking is available in Lots 7 and 8 for guests displaying a valid accessible parking permit–find more info HERE
Q. Can I use my "Spruce Meadows Scarf" for entry?
A. No. Scarves are only honoured for show jumping tournaments.
Q. Do Personal Care Attendants require a ticket?
A. No. Customers with disabilities may bring a personal care attendant free of charge. Please identify yourself at the ticket booth as a PCA when accompanying the individual you are assisting into the event.
Q. What can I expect at the Market?
A. A festive, European-style holiday market experience featuring 325+ unique vendors, handcrafted goods, festive décor, seasonal treats, live entertainment, and plenty of holiday cheer.

Q. What are "Spruce Meadows Exclusives"?
A. Keep an eye out for vendors displaying the Spruce Meadows Exclusives logo - these booths offer one-of-a-kind items available only at the International Christmas Market. They make perfect, memorable gifts you won’t find anywhere else.
Q. How do I become a vendor?
A. Vendor applications are juried and open well in advance of each event. Details and criteria can be found by clicking on VENDORS in our website menu. We are currently sold out for 2025.
Q. What is "Miracle at the Meadows"?
A. "Miracle at the Meadows" is a Christmas-themed pop-up cocktail bar in collaboration with Proof. Debuting at the Spruce Meadows International Christmas Market, it invites guests to sip expertly crafted holiday cocktails amid kitschy festive décor and the nostalgic magic of the best holiday party ever.
Q. What should I wear or bring?
A. The market includes both indoor and outdoor areas, so dress warmly and wear comfortable footwear suited for winter weather.
Q. Are there food and beverages available?
A. Absolutely - enjoy everything from international Christmas market favourites to local food trucks, sweet treats, and festive beverages throughout the grounds.
Q. Are restrooms and accessibility services available?
A. Yes - accessible restrooms are located throughout the venue, and accessible parking and pathways make it easy for all guests to enjoy the market. Click HERE for further information.
Q. Can I bring my pet?
A. For everyone’s safety - especially the animals’ - pets are not permitted on the grounds during events at Spruce Meadows. Please refer to our PET POLICY.
Q. Are strollers and wheelchairs allowed?
A. Yes. All major walkways are accessible, though some areas are outdoors and may be affected by weather. We DO NOT have a rental service for either.
Q. Is the event family-friendly?
A. Definitely! With holiday entertainment, shopping, food, and festive décor, there’s something for all ages to enjoy. Please refer to our ENTERTAINMENT SCHEDULE.
Q. Can I take photos or video?
A. Personal photos and videos are welcome. If you’re planning professional photography or commercial filming, please contact Spruce Meadows for permission in advance at 403-974-4200.
Q. Can I exchange or refund my ticket if I can’t attend?
A. All ticket sales are final. Exchanges or transfers may be available through the ticketing platform depending on availability and terms at the time of purchase. INSTRUCTIONS
